Our history
The fascinating story of the König Fitness and Health Center begins with Alexander König, an ambitious professional runner from Poland whose passion and vision went far beyond the running track. His journey from working in industry to establishing his own center after a remarkable training as a physiotherapist is not only inspiring, but also lays the foundation for what is now a well-known health center. 1. Formular ausfüllen & absenden
Fülle das Bewerbungsformular aus, beantworte die Fragen und gib uns deine Kontaktdaten sowie eine bevorzugte Uhrzeit an, zu der wir dich erreichen können. Solltest du momentan noch beschäftigt sein, kannst du selbstverständlich auch Abendzeiten auswählen.
2. Wir melden uns innerhalb 48 Stunden
Nachdem wir deine Daten erhalten haben, kontaktieren wir dich spätestens innerhalb von 48 Stunden (Montag bis Freitag). Gemeinsam vereinbaren wir dann einen Termin für ein unverbindliches Kennenlerngespräch in unserem Gesundheitszentrum, damit du dir selbst ein Bild von uns machen kannst.
3. Kennenlernen & Rückmeldung
Beim Kennenlerngespräch möchten wir dir einen umfassenden Einblick ermöglichen: Wir von der Geschäftsführung werden uns vorstellen und dir eine Führung durch das gesamte Gesundheitszentrum geben. So kannst du deinen zukünftigen Arbeitgeber kennenlernen und sehen, wo du kostenlos trainieren kannst. Wir sind ein verlässlicher Arbeitgeber, der großen Wert auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit legt – dein Wohlbefinden bei uns ist uns wichtig.

Absolutely! It is particularly important to us that you feel comfortable and safe with us from the very beginning. We use an internal app for communication, in which we have also created an online course for our employees. This course introduces you to our health center and explains all the important processes, values, visions and much more. It is also important to us that you receive good professional support. That is why the owners are available to answer your questions with their complete and many years of expertise!
We offer flexible working models for full-time, part-time and mini-jobs. We take your personal situation into account as best as possible and agree on the appropriate working hours together.
