Our history
The fascinating story of the König Fitness and Health Center begins with Alexander König, an ambitious professional runner from Poland whose passion and vision went far beyond the running track. His journey from working in industry to establishing his own center after a remarkable training as a physiotherapist is not only inspiring, but also lays the foundation for what is now a well-known health center. Fill out the application form, answer the questions, and provide us with your contact details and a preferred time we can reach you. If you're currently busy, you can of course also select evening hours.
2. We will contact you within 48 hours
After we receive your information, we will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). We will then schedule a free, no-obligation consultation at our health center so you can get a firsthand look at us.
3. Getting to know each other & feedback
During the introductory meeting, we want to give you a comprehensive overview: We, the management team, will introduce ourselves and give you a tour of the entire health center. This will allow you to get to know your future employer and see where you can train for free. We are a reliable employer who places great value on long-term relationships – your well-being is important to us.

You can apply directly using the application form by selecting the position you are interested in and providing your contact details. Application documents such as a CV, cover letter, etc. are not mandatory. We want to get to know you as a person, not your CV!

Absolutely! It is particularly important to us that you feel comfortable and safe with us from the very beginning. We use an internal app for communication, in which we have also created an online course for our employees. This course introduces you to our health center and explains all the important processes, values, visions and much more. It is also important to us that you receive good professional support. That is why the owners are available to answer your questions with their complete and many years of expertise!
We offer flexible working models for full-time, part-time and mini-jobs. We take your personal situation into account as best as possible and agree on the appropriate working hours together.
For us, continuing education is a priority for everyone and is one of our core values. Make us a suggestion for continuing education and we will go through it together and cover the costs.
