Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins and essential for a number of metabolic processes in the body. For example, it is needed to produce collagen. Collagen is the structural framework upon which all organs, bones, and tissues are built. Vitamin C is especially important in acute conditions such as trauma and tissue damage. Vitamin C is found in vegetables and fruits such as asparagus, peppers, oranges, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, grapefruit, kale, and strawberries.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is also called the "sunlight vitamin" and cannot be produced by the body itself. Vitamin D supports our immune system and ensures a strong bone system. If you don't get enough sun to get a tan, you won't achieve an optimal dosage of vitamin D. Therefore, vitamin D supplementation is advisable, but it is crucial to use vitamin D3 instead of vitamin D2.
protein
Protein is essential for recovery and supporting immune function. It is also a key building block for all types of tissue. We recommend at least 1 gram per kg of body weight per day. Common sources of protein include fish and seafood, meat, poultry, and eggs, as well as grains (quinoa, oatmeal), vegetables, and legumes (soybeans, lentils, (chick)peas, white and green beans), nuts, and seeds.
Omega-3 fatty acids
Interest in omega-3 fatty acids has grown enormously in recent years, particularly due to their blood lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects. Our bodies require a proper ratio of omega-6 (saturated) to omega-3 (unsaturated) fatty acids. Ideally, this ratio should be 2:1 or 1:1. In our society, however, this ratio is often between 20:1 and 30:1. Sources of omega-3 fatty acids include seeds, nuts, and fish. For people who don't want to or can't eat fish, fish oil capsules are a good alternative.

Sugar
The fact that sugar isn't healthy is probably no news to you. Isolated sugar doesn't occur naturally and, especially in large quantities, can negatively impact your treatment outcomes by promoting inflammation, slowing healing processes, and being a risk factor for obesity and (various) organ diseases.
Saturated fatty acids
Our body needs a proper ratio of saturated to unsaturated fatty acids. Ideally, this ratio should be 2:1 or 1:1. In our society, however, this ratio is often between 20:1 and 30:1. At such ratios, we see that inflammatory processes in the body are promoted and healing processes are slowed. Saturated fatty acids are found primarily in butter, meat (pork) and sausages, cheese, cream, pastries and baked goods, chocolate, and fatty sweets.
alcohol
First, it's good to know that NO amount is good for you. Not even if it's just one glass a day. Alcohol promotes inflammation, inhibits blood vessel formation, and impairs all physiological processes in the body. For the men among us: alcohol inhibits testosterone production, is toxic to the testicles, and can cause testicular shrinkage in the long term.
Smoke
Smoking increases the risk of early death by 440%. Regular smoking impairs the immune system and all physiological processes in the body. Furthermore, smoking reduces blood flow and causes vasoconstriction. Studies show that a single puff on a cigarette reduces blood flow to the spine by 30%.

From the moment I walked in to the reception, I immediately felt at home. You're greeted with an extremely friendly and courteous attitude. Right from the start, you get the feeling that you're in competent hands. This feeling is even stronger when you get to know the therapists and trainers.
Thanks to the entire König team, I have already made enormous progress and would not want to miss the time I spent there.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of the team and hope I can continue to come to you for many years to come

I had a sports injury and was urgently looking for a physiotherapist. The König team was incredibly quick to free up appointment slots for me. I saw several physiotherapists, and they were all truly personable and competent. I promise a speedy recovery at this center!
